User Feedback

Feedback from users can determine where there are problematic spots in the interface. In addition to getting feedback about product viability, the user feedback stage also helps gather feedback about product usability. Any usability issues that arise can then be addressed during product revision. We recommend videotaping such studies to capture real potential users' comments. Summary videotapes provide compelling information from real users to show their live reactions useful with management, clients and investors. We produce top-line summary reports of user feedback in addition to video summaries (less than 15 minutes) to facilitate product design decisions with management.
