Idbias practices user-centered design. We advocate the involvement of users early and repeatedly in the development process, through user interviews, surveys and other studies. There is a range of informal and formal methods that can be used as appropriate at different stages of product development and design.

Idbias believes strongly in the rapid iteration of product design ideas. Several rough concepts, sketches, and working prototypes should be revised and updated quickly throughout product development based on user feedback.

Idbias follows an interdisciplinary approach to interaction design. We believe in collaborating with people of multiple backgrounds helps formulate a more robust final product.

We provide interaction design solutions, expertise and prototyping for clients in the areas of interactive spaces, physical devices, web design, information appliances, and software interfaces. We have built up an interdisciplinary team and have fostered relationships with specialty sub-contractors.
