John Baker

John Baker has been providing consulting services for idbias as a financial analyst and business planner. He has over 20 years of financial management, information systems and business development experience in computer and related technology firms. His past positions include finance management, information systems and business development in numerous engineering and research groups at Apple Computer. Previously, Mr. Baker co-founded and served as CFO of Assisted Technology, developer of the first high-level PLD silicon compiler. He was Manager, Financial Analysis and Planning, and R&D Controller at Magnuson Computer where he participated in the company's successful IPO and assisted in securing commitments for $50 million in VC funding for 2nd generation processor development. John was also Corporate Financial Analyst at Arcata Corp., focusing on mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance.
